✅ Eligibility for Refund
ou may be eligible for a refund if:
The returned item is approved as eligible under our [Return Policy]
The item is received by us in unused, undamaged, and original condition
The return was initiated within 7 days of receiving the item
The item was defective, damaged, or not as described
⚠️ Note: We do not issue refunds for:
Custom printed or special order products
Products returned in used or damaged condition
Late return requests made after 7 days

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
The amount will be credited back using the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.)
📌 Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
