Eligibility for Refund

The product qualifies under our Return Policy.
The item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product was defective, damaged, or not as described.
Please note, refunds are not available for:
Custom-printed or special-order items.
Products that are used or returned damaged.
Returns requested after the 7-day period.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We’ll notify you about the status of your refund via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may apply, such as:
Items returned with missing parts or packaging.
Products not in their original condition.
Return requests made after the eligible timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
